Responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing).

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Types, files, faxes, provides phone support and processes mail.
• Prepares and logs proposals.
• Maintains supplies.
• Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
• Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
• Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.
• Generates sales reports.
• Speed and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma
• 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Job Type: Contract to hire

Additional Details:

• Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (PST)
• Will work in the office at least two days a week on Wednesday and Thursday. The other working days can be from home or in the office.
